At XigmaPro, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from Tic Tac Toe, you can submit a deletion request using the methods below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. In-App Deletion

Open the Tic Tac Toe app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

2. Clear App Data (Local Storage)

Since most game data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by:

Android: Settings → Apps → Tic Tac Toe → Storage → Clear Data
iOS: Delete and reinstall the app

3. Email Request

Send an email to sales@xigmapro.com with the subject line: "Tic Tac Toe - Data Deletion Request"

Include the following information in your email:

Your device ID (if known)
Device type and operating system
Confirmation that you want to delete all your data

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

Game statistics (wins, losses, draws)
Player preferences and settings
Achievement progress and unlocked badges
Device information linked to your gameplay
Any analytics data associated with your device ID
Crash reports and diagnostic data

⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your game statistics and progress will be lost.

Processing Time

In-App Deletion: Your data will be deleted immediately from your device
Clear App Data: Instant deletion of all local data
Email Requests: We will process your request within 30 days
Analytics and server-side data will be deleted within 90 days
Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as required by law

Important Notes

Data deletion is irreversible and permanent
Most game data is stored locally on your device, not on our servers
Uninstalling the app will remove all local game data
Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement
Data required for legal compliance may be retained as per applicable laws
Third-party services (Google Play, App Store) may retain their own records
