Important Warning
Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will remove all your game statistics, achievements, preferences, and saved progress forever.
How to Delete Your Data
We provide multiple ways to delete your data from Solitaire Classic. Choose the method that works best for you:
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Delete your data directly from within the Solitaire Classic app.
Steps:
- 1. Open Solitaire Classic app
- 2. Go to Settings from the main menu
- 3. Scroll down to Privacy & Data
- 4. Tap "Delete My Data"
- 5. Confirm your choice by typing "DELETE"
- 6. Tap "Permanently Delete" to confirm
Processing Time: Immediate - Your data is deleted instantly from your device and our servers.
Method 2: Clear App Data
Remove all app data through your device settings.
Android:
- 1. Go to Settings
- 2. Select Apps or Application Manager
- 3. Find Solitaire Classic
- 4. Tap Storage
- 5. Tap Clear Data
- 6. Confirm the action
iOS:
- 1. Delete the app completely
- 2. Go to Settings
- 3. Select General → iPhone Storage
- 4. Find Solitaire Classic
- 5. Tap Delete App
- 6. Reinstall from App Store (fresh start)
Processing Time: Immediate - All local data is removed from your device.
Method 3: Email Request
Contact us directly to request data deletion.
Send an email to sales@xigmapro.com with the following information:
- • Subject: "Data Deletion Request - Solitaire Classic"
- • Your device ID (found in Settings → About → Device ID)
- • Confirmation that you want to delete all your data
- • Any specific concerns or questions
Processing Time: Within 30 days of receiving your request.

- • Game statistics (games played, won, lost)
- • Best times and scores
- • Achievement progress

Technical Data

Important Notes
Data Storage
Most of your Solitaire Classic data is stored locally on your device. Some analytics and crash data may be stored on our secure servers for app improvement purposes.
Data Retention Timeline
- • Local game data: Deleted immediately upon request
- • Analytics data: Removed within 30 days
- • Crash reports: Removed within 90 days
- • Backup data: Permanently removed within 180 days
What Happens After Deletion
- • You can continue to play Solitaire Classic with a fresh start
