Delete Your Quietly Data

Complete guide to removing your stress management data and account

Privacy-First Design

Quietly stores most of your data locally on your device. This means you have full control over your wellness data. Simply uninstalling the app will remove most of your personal information.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Local Data (On Your Device)

  • • Mood logs and stress levels
  • • Meditation and breathing session history
  • • Personal notes and journal entries
  • • App preferences and settings

This data is already private and stored only on your device.

Account Data (If Applicable)

  • • Email address (if you created an account)
  • • Basic profile information
  • • Anonymous usage analytics
  • • Subscription information

How to Delete Your Data

Method 1: In-App Data Clearing

  1. 1. Open the Quietly app
  2. 2. Navigate to Settings → Privacy & Data
  3. 3. Tap "Clear All Local Data"
  4. 4. Confirm the action when prompted
  5. 5. All your mood logs, notes, and preferences will be deleted from your device

Method 2: Uninstall the App

Since Quietly stores data locally, uninstalling the app will automatically remove all your personal data:

  1. 1. Long-press the Quietly app icon
  2. 2. Select "Uninstall" or drag to uninstall option
  3. 3. Confirm uninstallation
  4. 4. All local data will be permanently removed

Method 3: Account Deletion (If You Have an Account)

If you created an account, send an email to request account deletion:

Subject: Quietly Data Deletion Request

Include in your email:

  • • Full name associated with the account
  • • Email address used for Quietly account
  • • Confirmation statement: "I request complete deletion of my Quietly account and all associated data"

Account data (if any) deleted from servers

Complete removal from backups

Important Notes

  • • Local Storage: Most of your wellness data never leaves your device, giving you complete control
  • • Anonymous Analytics: We collect minimal anonymous usage data (no personal wellness information) to improve the app
  • • No Cloud Sync: Your mood logs and notes are never uploaded to our servers
  • • Irreversible: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
