Delete Your NexProz Data

Complete guide to removing your information from our platform

Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This will remove your account, reviews, business listings, and all associated data from NexProz. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

In-App Deletion

Steps:

  1. Open NexProz app
  2. Go to Profile Settings
  3. Select "Account Management"
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm deletion

Processing Time: Immediate

Status: Available when app launches

Clear App Data

Steps:

  1. Go to device Settings
  2. Select Apps/Applications
  3. Find NexProz app
  4. Tap "Storage"
  5. Select "Clear Data"
  6. Uninstall the app

Processing Time: Immediate (local data only)

Note: Removes local data only

Email Request

Required Information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Account username (if applicable)
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Processing Time: Up to 30 days

Communication Data

  • Email correspondence with support
  • Notification preferences
  • Marketing communication data
  • Feedback and survey responses

Deletion Timeline

Immediate (0-24 hours)

Account deactivated, login access removed, app data cleared locally

Personal information removed from active systems, reviews anonymized

Complete removal from backup systems and data archives

Important Considerations

Legal Retention

Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Public Reviews

Published reviews may remain visible for business directory integrity but will be anonymized (no longer linked to your account).

Business Listings

If you own verified business listings, these may be transferred to business owners or converted to unverified listings.

Third-Party Data

Data shared with integrated services (Google Maps, social platforms) must be deleted separately through those services.
