Delete Your CallBreak Data

Complete guide to removing your game data and player profile

Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This will remove your player profile, game statistics, achievements, tournament history, and all associated data from CallBreak. Your leaderboard rankings will also be permanently lost.

In-App Deletion

Steps:

  1. Open CallBreak app
  2. Go to Profile/Settings
  3. Select "Account Management"
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm deletion twice

Processing Time: Immediate

Status: Available when app launches

Clear App Data

Steps:

  1. Go to device Settings
  2. Select Apps/Applications
  3. Find CallBreak app
  4. Tap "Storage"
  5. Select "Clear Data"
  6. Uninstall the app

Processing Time: Immediate

Note: Removes local data only

Email Request

Required Information:

  • Player username and ID
  • Device information (model, OS)
  • App version number
  • Registration email (if applicable)

Player Profile

  • Username, avatar, and profile information
  • Player level and experience points
  • Account creation date and login history
  • Friend lists and social connections

Game Statistics

  • Win/loss records and match history
  • Total games played and completion rate
  • Bidding accuracy and performance metrics
  • Streak records and personal bests

Achievements & Rankings

  • Unlocked achievements and badges
  • Leaderboard positions and rankings
  • Tournament participation history
  • Seasonal rewards and trophies

Communication Data

  • In-game chat messages and emotes
  • Player reports and feedback
  • Support ticket history
  • Notification preferences and settings

Deletion Timeline

Immediate (0-24 hours)

Account deactivated, login access removed, local game data cleared

7-30 Days

Player statistics removed from servers, leaderboard entries anonymized

90 Days

Complete removal from backup systems, analytics databases, and tournament archives

Important Considerations

Tournament History

Your tournament participation records will be removed, but overall tournament statistics may be retained for integrity purposes.

Multiplayer Impact

Other players' match history against you may show "Deleted Player" instead of your username for their record-keeping.

Social Features

You will be automatically removed from all friend lists, and any pending friend requests will be cancelled.

Game Recovery

Once deleted, your CallBreak progress cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account to play again.
