The Challenge

GIMS approached Xigmapro with the following objectives

  • To showcase the niche factor of the significance of insurance and Multi Level Marketing.
  • To showcase the capability of the company in order to append value to the insurance and chain marketing sector.
  • Augment site’s performance in a way to easily view/ control/ edit all the insurance vouchers and the member’s information from the administrator’s panel.
  • To facilitate all members located far and wide to view and manage his account as well as to view the account of his down line.

Our solution

We took it as a challenge; we pulled our sleeves up and started the work. Our web process for the GIMS website involved incorporating a particular software to help the administrator easily view/ control/ edit all the insurance vouchers and the member’s information from the administrator’s panel. WE focused to add a particulat feature to aid all the members located far and wide to view and manage their account as well as to view the account of his down line. We followed the following crucial steps:-

  • Planning
  • Incorporation of special Back End and Front End features through a unique software.
  • Quality Assurance

After detail planning about how to proceed with the work to cater to the client’s requitement we began with incorporation of the Back End and the Front End features.

A marquee as a news caption was designed to showcase the corporate news and also the details of the new product launch.

Right after this our designer and developer targeted on the most important factor and came up with the software which was incorporated to help the administrator easily view/ control/ edit all the insurance vouchers and the member’s information from the administrator’s panel. The software also aided all the members located far and wide to view and manage their account as well as to view the account of his down line. The software has unique front end and back end features

The Front End Features

We incorporated the following front end features:-

  • User can log in as a member
  • User can view his own network as well as his complete network chain
  • User can view all types of vouchers of the current month
  • User can also view the old vouchers as well as his debit- credit balance (the feature is similar to the finance package- tally)

The Back End Features

We incorporated the following back end features:-

  • The admin and the super admin login
  • Some special features were added to let the super admin access the significant aspects like monthly growth entry, monthly profit entry and also editing some significant user data.
  • Admin can see the total chain for a particular member and also the level wise dividation of members under a particular member
  • We made individual voucher printing possible
  • We incorporated the feature to print all vouchers at a time for all users
  • We added a feature to take print out of the ‘leader wise vouchers’.
  • We added the deduction control system from where super admin can be able to fix different types of deduction percentage.
  • We incorporated feature for doing an array of chartered accouncy related jobs within just few clicks.

We viewed the beta site via a unique IP address to make sure that it’s devoid of any bug. After the programming and integration is completed, we put the site through a Quality Control inspection and corrected all the bugs or error pages.

The Result

The end result was sheer PERFECTION and we launched the site and the website is now serving the individuals across the country, smoothly.
